The new Minister of Labour will propose measures next month to "fit" the current law.
The Government will propose within a month, after consultation with social partners, if necessary, "appropriate adjustments" to the law on minimum service in transport. This was announced Wednesday at the National Assembly the new Labour Minister Brice Hortefeux, in response to a question of UMP Eric Ciotti, author of a new draft law on the minimum service. "Everyone enjoys the right to strike, but each must be parallel to the train, subway, bus, tram to go to work, justified the successor of Xavier Bertrand Rue de Grenelle. Nobody can accept the conditions under which the train traffic was blocked in Nice and Paris. "
